Coaching with me is a supportive, reflective space to explore what’s happening in your life and find a way forward that feels right for you.

It’s a collaborative process, not advice, therapy or medical support. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout.

Sessions are confidential, with the exception of any concerns around safety or where disclosure is required by law.

Sessions are usually around 60 minutes and can take place online or in person in North Devon. Payment is made in advance, and I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Coaching is a supportive process, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

If we choose to work together, a fuller agreement will be shared before we begin.
