Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Welcome to Curious Creative Coaching. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and me, Jacs Waggett trading as Curious Creative Coaching (“the Coach”), for coaching services. By booking a coaching session or package, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Coaching Services
• Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal, professional, and creative growth.
• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for these.
• You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, and wellbeing.

2. Sessions
• Each session lasts approximately 1 hour (unless otherwise agreed).
• Sessions may take place in person (North Devon), online (via Zoom/Teams), or occasionally by phone.
• Packages (6 or 10 sessions) must be used within 6 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment
• Payment is required in advance for individual sessions or block bookings.
• Package discounts (e.g. 10% for 10 sessions) apply only when paid in full upfront.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, online transaction via website

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
• If I need to reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

5. Refunds
• Refunds are not generally provided once a session or package has been purchased.
• In exceptional circumstances, at my discretion, I may offer a partial refund for unused sessions.

6. Confidentiality
• All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential.
• Exceptions apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
• Any materials provided (worksheets, models, creative exercises, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Curious Creative Coaching.
• They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without permission.

8. Data Protection
• I comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
• Your personal information will only be used to deliver coaching services and will be stored securely.

9. Limitation of Liability
• Coaching is a supportive process but results cannot be guaranteed.
• I am not liable for any loss, injury, or outcome arising from your participation in coaching.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
