Life Transitions Coaching

navigating life transitions with clarity and calm in North Devon and online

Life Transitions Coaching

Midlife transitions can arrive quietly or all at once.
A shift in identity, relationships, health, work, or direction.
You may look as though you’re managing on the outside, while inside you feel unsettled, stuck, or unsure what comes next.

This kind of change doesn’t need fixing.
It needs space, clarity, and someone steady alongside you.

I offer coaching for people navigating life transitions who want to think clearly again, feel more grounded, and move forward in a way that feels true to who they are now.

Who this coaching is for

This work may be right for you if you are:

 - Feeling stuck, depleted, or at a crossroads

 - Navigating identity changes, separation, grief, or empty nest transitions

 - Parenting a neurodivergent child or young adult and feeling emotionally stretched

 - Re-evaluating your work, business, or creative direction

  - Living with long-term health conditions and needing a more sustainable pace

   - Functioning well on the surface while feeling overwhelmed underneath

You don’t need to arrive with answers.
Coaching begins exactly where you are.

feeling at a crossroads and finding a way forward through coaching

How I support you

My coaching offers a calm, grounded space where we can slow things down and look clearly at what’s really going on.

I combine:

- coaching and NLP tools

 - deep listening and honest reflection

 - lived experience of business, creativity, parenting, neurodivergence, and change

Together, we work to:

 - reduce overwhelm and mental noise

 - untangle what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck

  - reconnect you with your values and inner steadiness

  - identify practical next steps that feel realistic and aligned

This is not about pushing, fixing, or performing.
It’s about creating clarity and momentum without forcing change.

What coaching with me feels like

Clients often describe our work as:

                    - steady

                  - thoughtful

               - gently clarifying

           - practical without pressure

There is room for honesty, humour, emotion, and reflection.
We work at a pace that respects your nervous system, your responsibilities, and your real life.

A gentle note

Coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it does not replace medical or mental health support.

Where ADHD or neurodivergence is part of the picture, our work focuses on how this shows up in everyday life, rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment.

It is a collaborative, forward-looking process designed to help you build clarity, confidence, and direction through change.

Closing

You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone.
If life feels unsettled right now, coaching can offer a steady place to pause, reflect, and work out what comes next.
